Prayer for Queensland…
Our hearts and prayers go out to our brothers and sisters in Queensland and N.S.W. especially to those families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. May our prayer be that they turn to the God of all comfort at this time and may He lovingly hold them in His arms.
May our prayers also be for the local churches scattered throughout all those communities and may God use them to be His hands and His feet and providing them strength, peace and hope through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Wednesday evening here at CCSH we finish the Book of 1 Thess studying chapter 5: directly after our time of prayer.
Wednesday we will look in detail at the Great Tribulation, what is it, why is there to be such a time? Will the church be involved in it?
I encourage you to join us as we prayer collectively for the flood victims of our nation Wednesday evening starting at 7:00pm.
Then at 7:30 pm have those questions answered about the Great Tribulation once and for all.
Paul tells us that of the times and season, brthren, you and I have no need ….for you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night….
