Just who is in control?
Hollywood has done its best to ridicule God and give the perception that Satan or the Devil is more powerful than any other spiritual force.
Another interesting point to notice as well is that all cults deny the existence of the devil and treat Jesus Christ as not being God incarnate.
What is your view on Satan being real?
Whenever we need an answer to such questions we are to go to the Bible. The Bible makes it clear that Satan is real, and that he is the figure behind all the evil that goes on in our world. Before Satan’s rebellion against God (long before the human race was created), the world was perfect.
Sin and evil did not exist!
But the Bible tells us that Satan is NOT all-powerful, nor does he directly cause every bad thing that happens to us.
Jesus Christ, by His death and resurrection, triumphed over all the forces of evil, both those in our heart and those in the world.
You can rest knowing that God is and always will be, in control!
