What road is your life travelling..?
Matthew 7:13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
There are only two religions in the world – that which has emanated out of the heart of man, and the other which has come out of the heart of God.
One is only an imagination, the other is a revelation!
The way into life – is one that is in fellowship with the true and living God through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and faith in Him as your Lord and Saviour. It’s a narrow way – Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but by Me.”
There are few on this path – because there are few who seek it, preferring the darkness of sin because their deeds are evil. Jesus said, “You shall find Me when you seek Me with all your heart!” Matt 6:33.
But the way of destruction – is a broad way, it suits the person who wants nothing to do with Jesus but desires to live their life pleasing the desires of their flesh with no thought of guilt or shame. Sadly this way is a crowded way – many are travelling on this road.
Worst of all it is a fatal way – there is only one possible end to this way – destruction!
The prophet Jeremiah wrote, “Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death.”
Choose life!
What path are you travelling on – there are only two destinations for all mankind?
Today, God desires you to know Him and to receive His gracious gift of love and forgiveness through His Son Jesus Christ – the choice is yours – I pray you choose life!
