1 Thessalonians – Part 2: The Father’s Family
Family.
This one word has so many definitions in society today! The same word also elicits specific memories and experiences from people – some positive, and some not so.
Biblically, this unit of people is to be a place of security, of belonging, of unity, of growth, and love; and it is in this context that Paul the Apostle uses the analogy of the family in 1 Thessalonians Ch 2 to communicate about, and to, the church of God.
