Diary notes Welcome to CCSH this morning. The Pastors and Elders are available to pray with you after this morning’s service at the front of the sanctuary. Our new Junior Youth program kicks off this Friday at 6:00pm, see Jay Engler for any further information. Thomas Woodage will be at the information booth today to discuss all matters in relation to our church security. If you can’t make it to any of our services you can keep up with all teaching via our webpage. From the Pastor’s Desk –
Jesus tells us that we are the light of the world in Matth 5:14, He further teaches that we are to be seen, not hidden in our witness and our walk with Christ. Our world currently, you must agree, is growing darker by the hour. Our news is simply overladen with violence, hostility, tragedy and sadness. Therefore we who acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour have never been given a greater time to reveal the light of God’s love, His kindness, His blessed gospel, His peace and His comfort, now than ever before. You and I are surrounded by sadness and brokenness, we are made aware of such things everyday in our lives. It is time for you and I to shine, to be active in our Christian walk, in representing Jesus Christ in the midst of so much darkness. This is the very real calling and ministry each of us has been tasked with now! I encourage you this week to reveal Christ, to shine His light, to be the blessed healing salt in situations that God brings to you and leads you into. Fulfil Christ’s call in your life this week!

Grace Giving
Parents, remember to help your children be able to give in their own way at Sunday school each week. It will teach them God’s wonderful grace of giving and bring a blessing to their young lives.
