We plan to continuously develop our web page to be a site you visit each day in your walk with God. The CCSH choir and drama servant teams will commence meeting in February. This is an exciting ministry you can be a part of. Stay tuned for further announcements. Baptism, sign-ups in the foyer. If you have not yet been baptized, sign up for the class and the service. See Richard Austin for further details. Men and women, we encourage you to join us for prayer prior to the service in classroom #1. Sign-ups continue for the opportunity for you each to serve here at CCSH in some capacity. You will be blessed – fill in a Connection card for the first step in joining the servant’s team.
A Word from Pastor Keith
Each and every day I am overwhelmed and humbled by God’s love for me and the blessings He has provided. In the Book of Ephesians, the term in Christ occurs over ten times. Paul is emphasising over and over the intimacy of the relationship and fellowship we each have with Jesus Christ. I find this an amazing blessing that describes God’s love for each of us. Many people today know not of the blessing of intimacy in a relationship due to having experienced abuse, violence, or not having someone love them gently and kindly. As I grow in years, I am made even more aware of the presence, calm, protection, comfort, grace and love of God for us every day. Our prayer is that as you read God’s precious Word and spend time in prayer with Him, you too will know what it is to be in Christ, as Paul prayed for the church in Philippi, their love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment. In other words, that they would know Jesus even more! God desires a close and personal relationship with you!
