Pastor Keith   -

Sunday 10:00 am – Romans 14: “Evangelism – God’s Way!”
Sunday 6:00 pm – The Book of Revelation – Pastor Israel
Wednesday 7:00pm – Calvary Chapel – Prayer – Romans 15- Overview

This morning Welcome to Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour this morning. CCSH is here to help you grow in God’s grace and we do this in a couple of ways. Firstly, we place great importance on the expository teaching of God’s Word. At the moment the Church is going through Romans, Revelation, Jonah and Galatians. Secondly, we believe growth comes by serving our Lord and therefore we encourage you to become part of our servant team by filling in a Connection Card and handing it to one of our pastors or ushers. Lastly, we encourage you to be part of our prayer ministry. Either by joining us preservice prayer in the large classroom, by being part of our Wednesday night prayer team, or by logging onto our 24/7 prayer line via SMS. Next Sunday, we gather around the Lord’s Table and we “remember Jesus”. Let us prepare our hearts and instruct our children for this precious gathering.

From the Pastor’s Desk – The rains have come and reveal to us God’s blessing in an authentic and tangible manner. We have no control over the weather; we need the precious rain to fill our dams, to bring life to grain sown in hope in our expansive Wheatbelt. Rain to bring feed and nourishment for our sheep and cattle. Food for all our tables! How often we take God’s blessings for granted. Sadly, at times, we complain about them selfishly when they don’t fit our program. Throughout the Bible, God would speak of bringing His blessing to the nation of Israel by providing rain for their crops. Likewise, when Israel disobeyed God or rebelled against Him, the rain was withheld. Take a look over your life today, this last week, back even further, and you will see the blessing of God – when we did not deserve it! The Bible says, Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. – James 1:17. Right now, your very breath, your life, is a blessing from God. Let us not, therefore, take our Heavenly Father and His goodness for granted. Today let us praise Him, thank Him and fall on our knees before Him in worship. His loves is truly overwhelming. And He is sharing His love to us constantly. Even when we are not aware of it. Bless you!

Helen’s Heart And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus – Phil 4:19 .Cost of living continues to rise – many a grocery item now has less packaging and higher pricing than even a year ago. We learn to ‘belt tighten’. But if we were simple enough to believe – (Psalm 116:6 says the Lord keeps the simple) His promise that He will supply our need and pray for that need, then a worry might be eliminated from our lives. Don’t be too sophisticated and allow others to impose their doubts on us. When we allow these seeds of doubt we rob ourselves of the joy of taking God at His Word. Rather let’s be simple in a childlike faith and present the need and see what God does.

Grace Offering, we provide a grace offering container at the left rear of the chapel for your grace-giving or you can give electronically via the following information. CCSH Account number: 2490144 & BSB: 306089. Our greatest encouragement for giving is that it pleases the Lord. Let us remember that God was unsparing in His giving – Rom 8:32 Grace giving means that God blesses the giver as well as the gift, and that the giver is a blessing to others. 2Co 9:So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

Daily Devotions Sign up to receive Pastor Keith’s daily devotion each day direct to your media platform. A great way to kick start your day with a slice of God’s Word and a word of encouragement to assist in your walk with God – go to ccsh.com.au and look for the link – BLOG.

We ask please that during each service that there be the least amount of moving, exception being mothers called to their children in the creche, so as not to be a distraction to others worshiping our Lord and listening intently to the teaching of His Word. Should you need to leave your seat, the ushers will direct you on your return to one of the seats at the rear of the sanctuary – thank you for your cooperation.
