Daily devotion – One Shot!

Psalm 104:31 May the glory of the LORD endure forever; May the LORD rejoice in His works.

Eminem said we have – “One shot…” C.T.Studd, the famous Cambridge cricketer and missionary pioneer, wrote – “Only one life, twill soon be past; Only what’s done for Christ will last!

There is no such thing as reincarnation, a second shot at life – no the life we have now, the one life we have been given, is to be used for Christ’s glory or that’s it!

If we fail in this, though we succeed in everything else, our life will have been a failure!

There is no escape for us who squander our opportunity to prepare to meet our Creator.

You will never live this day again; once it is gone, it is gone forever.

The question you need to ask yourself is – How will you spend it?

For yourself, or for Jesus Christ?

Remember: “Only what’s done for Christ will last!”
