Daily devotion – God’s Will for Your Life
Rom 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
What is God’s will for your life? Many Christians struggle with this very question.
God’s Word tells us that God has a plan for every life, and if we live in constant fellowship with Him, He will lead and direct us in the fulfilment of this plan.
God does not reveal His plan through fortune-tellers, astrologers, soothsayers, and other such quackery. God’s perfect will is reserved for those who have trusted in Jesus Christ for their salvation. He shares His secrets only with those who are redeemed and transformed, and who humbly seek His will for their lives.
You cannot know the will of God for your life unless you first come to the Cross and confess that you are a sinner and receive Christ as Lord and Saviour.
But once you do come to Christ, you begin a whole new life – a life that is now no longer lived for yourself but for Jesus Christ and His glory!
From that very moment, God will reveal you His will. Whatever decisions you face today, commit each one of them to God and ask Him to guide you – and He will!
