PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE OF UKRAINE

Coming Events ––. If you need prayer today, the Pastors and Elders are available to pray with you after each service at the front of the sanctuary. If you want to receive Christ today, please come forward so that we may pray with you and give you a new Bible to begin your new life. Don’t forget Calvary Youth is on this Friday here at the Chapel. We urge you to be part of our prayer team here at CCSH. Especially join with us as a Church each Wednesday when we gather to pray. Winter will be with us in a few weeks, and we are hoping to be able to enclose the outside patio with some blinds to help during the wet days. Please make this matter of prayer as our Building and Maintenance Director, Reece De Jonge, overseas these adjustments. We encourage you to utilise our web page, ccsh.com.au , our YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter to keep abreast of all that is happening here at CCSH. Parents, don’t forget to help the little ones with their Sunday school offering each week. They love being able to give and all that is provided goes to our missionary outreach in Fiji. Please continue to pray for the Churches and people of Ukraine. Especially the Calvary Chapels located there. You can keep up on all the latest information on Ukraine by following the link on our webpage of the Calvary Chapel Magazine.

From the Pastor’s Desk The Bible mentions the phrase, ‘the call of God,’ or ‘called’ many times – 624 times to be exact. 229 times in the New Testament alone. As a Pastor the call of God is one of the most critical anchors of Scripture. For often in tough times, all one has to cling to is ‘the call of God’ in one’s life. Paul uses this term in Ephesians 1: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling..God is not calling to us in a fog. He is calling us to something and for someone. God is calling us to Heaven. God is calling us to see Him face to face and to be like Him. To see Him as He is! My question to you today is do you know where your life is heading? Have you heard or do you know the call of God for your life? The important part on our behalf is not just to hear God calling us, but more importantly to answer His call. To surrender our lives totally to Him. To heed His call for our lives. It is only in doing this that we will finally and fully realize the purpose and plan for our lives. Will you today heed God’s call on your life? Will you turn from living your life your way and from today begin to live your life for Him and for His glory? God does not call us to hope for forgiveness of our sins – they are gone! The hope of His calling on your life is to see Him and be one with Him. –

Calvary Chapel Nasinu – Fiji Pray for God to bless His people in this outreach to the people of Fiji.

Grace Giving – We have a container at the left rear of the chapel for your grace-giving, or you can give electronically via the following information. CCSH Account number: 2490144 & BSB: 306089. Our greatest encouragement for giving is that it pleases the Lord. Let us worship Him as we give and remember that God was unsparing in His giving Pro 3:9 Honor the LORD with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine. There is one who scatters yet increases more; and there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty. Proverbs 11:24

Once the service has commenced, we ask that you please limit moving or having to leave your seats- the ushers will assist you, should you need to leave your seat, to return to a one located to the rear of the sanctuary so not distract others – thank you!
