Daily devotion – Fear
The very opposite to faith is fear. As a Christian, the moment I yield to fear I am saying to God – I don’t trust you!
Our emotions can and often do, lie to us. We need to counter our emotions with truth. And the greatest truth you can use when you fall or stumble due to fear is the truth that God loves you and His plans for you are good!
So, give your fears – and every aspect of your life – to your saviour Jesus Christ. Then let the truth of His Word, the Bible, be the solid foundation in your soul every day, and trust your future…..and all your fears to Him who knows your needs and loves you deeply!
He will never leave you!
Jer 29:11
