From the Pastor’s Desk In my study of Daniel, I have been overwhelmed by the power of Scripture to re-ignite the urgency in my heart of Christ’s soon return for His Church. The very reason I came to Christ in 1977 was the message of Christ’s soon return. We are living in the last days, and I believe CCSH will play a massive and pivotal role in seeing many people come to Christ just before the Rapture of His Church – 1 Thess 4:13-18. CCSH will be a Bible teaching Church until that time and our devotion to the ongoing teaching of God’s Word will always be the emphasis here with the hope of reaching lost souls and strengthening believers to be able to live for Christ in a Christ rejecting world. You can play a vital part in ensuring that CCSH is a lighthouse and a beacon shining the love of God to a dark world. It’s time to step up in the ministry, to commit your life to serving God. We will be praying for you!
Helen’s Heart Come to Me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest..for My yoke is easy and My burden is light – Matt 11:28-30 We can work hard at fixing a problem and it can all end in disappointment, disillusionment and exhaustion. It can be tempting to give up, quit. Churchill said, “Wars are not won by evacuations.” To quit, escape, to hide solves nothing. God has offered a wonderful trade…His yoke which is easy in exchange for our heavy load. Turn to Him and Rest in Him.

During the service we ask for your cooperation to not be a distraction to others by leaving your seat once the service has started. Please wait until the close of worship before leaving as people can be distracted while reflecting on God’s message to them.
