This Week at Calvary It’s the last day for your Operation Christmas Child Box to be handed in today. Men, still want to give time for more of you to add your name to our Usher list here at CCSH. Grab a Connection Card from the information desk, fill it in, and place it in our offering box. In addition, we are looking for faithful men to operate our live streaming service each Wednesday evening service. This ministry impacts those unable to be with us physically, and also reaches out to the uttermost parts of the world. Are you the person that can faithfully impact people around the world with the Gospel by assisting in sending out the livestreaming preaching of God’s Word? Sunday school parents, also last reminder to help your children enjoy the grace of giving during their time of worship here at CCSH. Our Church spring cleaning and breakfast BBQ will be on the morning of the 7th of October beginning at 8:30am. Bring your servants hearts and hands as we work to make the grounds and facilities to the glory of God in this community for all to see.

From the Pastors Desk. I know your heart is to see CCSH be a Church that God uses and that fulfills the Great Commission in preaching the Gospel to every creature. But we need the power of God to achieve God’s work and victories. I want to exhort you to a call to prayer for this fellowship. We need the power of God to see His work done. This can only be achieved with the power of corporate prayer – a Church convinced that prayer, their prayers, make a difference. To see lives saved, changed, hearts softened, mended, and healed, I urge you to step into the call of prayer. How, pre-service prayer occurs each Sunday morning, so come early meet with other prayer saints from 9:30 to 9:55 am in praying for services that day and for souls to be saved. Set aside Wednesday evening to be your regular night of praying with the Church. I believe if we take these simple steps, we will be overwhelmed by the power of God moving here at CCSH and we all will know it is only due to His glory!

Israel Tour Group
Just 109 days until we will be worshipping in the Holy Land of Israel. Deposits for Tour due 13th October, final payment on 17th November. Don’t forget to pack some wet weather gear in case we run into some rain. We don’t stop our tour because of the rain, we soldier on no matter the weather. Good time to lock away your travel insurance as well.

We send our financial support to Fiji each month from CCSH. In addition, please send your prayers as well for the work in Fiji to grow under the grace of God and in His power.
