Daily devotion – the spiritual conflict scaled up!
News continues to come out of Israel of the atrocities committed by the terrorist group Hamas, who are financially and militarily backed (intelligence wise) by Iran and Russia.
The United States is sending its Carrier Strike Group 12 to the Mediterranean in a massive show of support for Israel in the coming days. News from Iran has revealed that this attack on Israel has been planned for some considerable time.
Meanwhile, even though murder, rape and evil violence has occurred to the people of Israel by Hamas, around the world in cities such as London and Chicago, thousands are marching in support of the attacks on Israel.
Never have I sensed such hatred against God’s people Israel being publicly displayed now since the time of the Nazi regime in Germany.
Again, I ask for you and your families, to commit to pray for Israel. In addition, I pray that if you have wandered away from God or are living in a backslidden manner, today you need to get right with He who died on the Cross at Calvary. The world as we know it is changing rapidly. These current events in Israel have put the closeness of the Rapture of the Church into the ‘red zone’.
Jesus told us to keep our eyes on the nation Israel. Mark 13: 28 “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 29 So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near—at the doors!
More pieces of the puzzle of the Last Days are falling into place with Russia and Iran deeply embedded in support and supplying the attack upon Israel.
Over the coming weeks we will see a shift in the world media against Israel as they seek revenge on the terrorist groups embedded in the Gaza strip!
As part of our tours to Israel we always pay a visit to the Holocaust Museum – Yad Vashem, in Jerusalem. Each time we walk through this site seeing thousands of the shoes that the Jewish people had to remove before entering the gas chambers I simply wonder how such cruelty could be carried out on innocent people. Let us be reminded once again this is this is a spiritual battle, a conflict of hatred by Satan and one third of the angels who were cast out with him, with the sole intent of the annihilation of God’s Chosen people. Satan’s mission is to remove Israel and seize Jerusalem so that Jesus has no people to return to as Messiah and no throne in which He is to set up His kingdom.
Praise the Lord – we know who has the victory!
