Daily devotion – Come Lord…
Psalm 42: As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God.
2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God?[fn]
3 My tears have been my food day and night,
While they continually say to me,
“Where is your God?”
4 When I remember these things,
I pour out my soul within me.
For I used to go with the multitude;
I went with them to the house of God,
With the voice of joy and praise,
With a multitude that kept a pilgrim feast.
5 Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him
For the help of His countenance.
As I continue to read of the hatred that so many people have of the children of Israel in today’s social media. That in addition to the falsifying of reports and accounts of events happening in Israel. My heart both breaks and yearns for the Lord to come this moment!
One cannot read today’s news or watch any news media without seeing this seismic shift against the chosen people of God – Israel. It reeks with abhorrent evil as people shout out without shame for the annihilation of this nation and people of God.
What we are seeing is not a racial hatred, or a national animosity, no this rage and abhorrence of Israel is being fuelled by Satan himself. The time is short and Jesus is soon to return!
We are approaching the end of days and our world is set for judgment and chaos unheralded in our earth’s history.
Jesus Christ must come soon for we His Church are aching to hear His voice trumpet His call to meet Him in the air. The ripeness of the world cannot proceed much farther, God must move, and move He will.
Let us pray!
