As you and your family take Communion this morning, pause and reflect.Let this be a sacred moment where you intentionally give thanks — not only for Christ’s sacrifice and His glorious resurrection, but also for His continual mercy and faithful provision in your own family’s life.Thank God for His daily blessings, for His sustaining grace, and for the way He cares for His church, the body of Christ. Every answered prayer, every quiet protection, every undeserved kindness flows from His loving hand. This is why it is called the Table of Thanksgiving. May your time together be marked by gratitude, reverence, and joy in all that the Lord has done — and continues to do.

From the Pastor’s Pen
On Friday night, we had to move Calvary Youth into the main sanctuary — we simply could not fit everyone into the classroom for our study through Genesis. What a blessing! As I stood there teaching, I was deeply aware of the privilege we have: to hold the hearts and ears of these young men and women of God. The Lord is moving by His Holy Spirit among both Calvary Kids and Calvary Youth. The numbers are growing — but more importantly, hunger is growing. There is a desire to know God, to understand His Word, and to serve Him. Chuck Smith used to tell us, “Find out where the Spirit of God is moving and join with Him!” That is exactly what we are witnessing. God is revealing the hearts of young people who are eager for Him. Our responsibility is not to manufacture a work, but to recognise His work — and step into it. Too often in the past, the church has unintentionally placed its youngest saints out of sight and out of mind. But here at Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour, the Lord is showing us something precious: He is calling these young hearts to fulfill His will in the short time we have before Christ returns. Now is the moment for us — as a church family and as parents — to acknowledge the moving of the Holy Spirit and to respond in obedience. Jesus said in Luke 10:2, “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.”
The harvest is not only overseas. It is right in front of us — in our children, our teenagers, our youth group. You can be part of what God is doing. Speak with Noah Carmody, our Youth Leader, and ask how you can serve in this work of God. Pray. Support. Encourage. Step forward. The Spirit is moving. Let us join Him.
Helen’s heart
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholds him with his hand – Psalm 37:23-24 God always guides us as He shines His light on our path and makes the way clear. We just need to yield our hearts and trust and follow Him. His blessings and strength will give us hope and a glorious and sure future – “You will show me the path of life.” – Psalm 16:11.

War breaks out in the Middle east
Israeli Prime Minister releases statement Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a statement, thanking Donald Trump for his help in operation ‘The Roar of the Lion’.
“My brothers and sisters, citizens of Israel, a short time ago, Israel and the United States embarked on an operation to remove the existential threat posed by the terrorist regime in Iran,” Netanyahu said in a video posted to X.
“I thank our great friend, President Donald Trump, for his historic leadership. For 47 years, the Ayatollah regime has been shouting ‘Death to Israel,’ ‘Death to America.’
“It has spilled our blood, murdered many Americans, and massacred its own people. This murderous terrorist regime must not be armed with nuclear weapons that would allow it to threaten all of humanity. Our joint action will create the conditions for the courageous Iranian people to take their destiny into their own hands.
“The time has come for all segments of the Iranian people, the Persians, the Kurds, the Azeris, the Baluchis, and the Ahwazis, to throw off the yoke of tyranny and bring about a free and peaceful Iran.
“I appeal to you, the citizens of Israel, to listen to the instructions of the Home Front Command. In the coming days, in Operation ‘The Roar of the Lion,’ we will all be required to have endurance and fortitude.
“Together we will stand, together we will fight, and together we will ensure the eternity of Israel.”
