A woman’s walk with her Lord…
1 John 2:6 She who says she abides in Him ought herself also to walk just as He walked…Walking is a steady motion, one foot in front of the other action. In order to get benefits we need to stick with it. In the same way in order to grow in our relationship with the Lord we need to stick with it. One aspect of abiding is to take time every day to read the Bible. Another is to make time to talk with God (prayer). Thirdly, to grow in the Lord we must continually confess our sins. Another indication of growing is the need to be with God’s people. Hebrews 10:24-25…to stir up love and good works..Sticking is not a quick process, but if we stick at it with a steadfast spirit, we will see results. Don’t forget ladies – Tuesday morning is wind-up before the holidays, come prepared to ‘share’ finger food and what the Lord is doing in your life.
