Regrets…
Teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts to wisdom – Psalm 90:12
It seems inappropriate the Israelites wandered forty years in the desert for what was a period of forty days of unbelief.
But how many people would love to ‘redeem’ that split second moment that led to years of regret?….that signature that resulted in bankrupting, that flirty look leading to adultery and ruining a family, that well paid promotion that cost those irretrievable teen years of your children and so on. Our days are important and make up the years that determine our lives. The way we handle the small things can hugely impact our future. So living individual steps in obedience and submission is ‘wise’ advice.
May your steps be ordered of the Lord this week and filled with His blessing.
