Tears for Japan..
How our hearts have melted as we have watched and listened to the events that have fallen on the nation of Japan. A massive earthquake and then the scene of the ocean just pouring in unrestrained with relentless power sweeping everything and everyone before it, unstoppable! Tragically thousands have been killed and many thousand missing, presumed dead. What has this disaster stirred up in your heart, your mind, and your emotions? We are living in a time that the Bible speaks of prophetically as the “Last Days”. It is the period biblically that will see the Church raptured, the anti-Christ assume total dictatorship of most of the western world, followed by 7 years of cataclysmic events the Bible calls “The Great Tribulation”. The nation Israel is again at boiling point as a family in the ‘occupied territory’ {its actually Israel’s land}, is murdered whilst they sleep. In many people’s lives that I deal with as a minister of God, they have suffered a ‘cataclysmic’ event that has rocked them to their very core. It might be cancer, divorce, the death of a loved one or some other event that has come like a Tsunami in their lives. The Apostle Peter taught us…2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Today is the day of salvation. Jesus said, Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. Matthew 24:44. Time to get serious with God..
