What’s Happening This Sunday at CCSH.

Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour   -

Corona Virus Update – Friday March 20, 2020.
Dear brothers and sisters here at Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour.
Our Prime Minister, Mr Scott Morrison, today made some additional changes to the requirements for non-essential gatherings of 100 or less people indoors.
The change being a reduction in numbers and their proximity, that being 25 people to 100 square metres. Given the size of our sanctuary this has again reduced the number of chairs for this Sunday’s service being reduced from 100 down to 75.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may bring but we are obliged to meet the requirements of government.
If any of you are uncomfortable with gathering at the chapel at this time, we encourage you to make use of the live streaming service, which we will be commencing from this Sunday on.
By connecting to our web page, ccsh.com.au, and following the instructions listed by Pastor Marlon, our Media Director, you will be able to watch our services live from the comfort of your own home.
In addition, for those attending church, we will be ensuring that appropriate spacing will be made with the seating in the main sanctuary, as well as the children in each of the Sunday school classrooms.
We again advise that if you or anyone in your family is unwell, please remain at home and make use of our new live streaming capacity.
Those of you who are still intending to join us this Sunday’s services, we ask that you be mindful of all the new government requirements as previously advised in relation to personal spacing, contact, including no handshaking or hugging. Your assistance in these matters will be a blessing to the ushers, greeters and other servants, serving in any capacity this Sunday.
Finally, remember God is still on the throne, He is still in control and He is coming soon.
This Sunday, I look forward with excitement to be preaching from the book of Revelation chapter 6 on the four horsemen of the apocalypse, and the coming new world leader. The title of this week’s message is “Panic or Peace?”.
We here at Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour, want to assure you that God’s Word will continue to be taught to you, even though we are living in a time of unprecedented change and interruption.
Whilst we continue to have to adjust to the ever-changing government demands in relation to the Corona Virus outbreak, let us remember – Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Let us pray, let us continue to trust in our Lord, and let us exhort each other to look to the Lord at all times.
In His grace
Pastor Keith & Helen
