Mark 4:38 He was in the stern, sleeping on the cushion. So they woke him up and said to him, “Teacher! Don’t you care that we’re going to die? ”
If Jesus Christ is in the same boat as you, it cannot sink. If He is in your life, you will not go down.
God has promised to complete the good work He has done in you – Philippians 1:6.
Though you are in the midst of a massive storm that may have you wondering, does God care that you might be perishing? We need to remind ourselves that because God is with us, we have excellent security.
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over thee with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
The Lord is not anxious, as though you will not make it through the storm you are experiencing now. He is resting in His love.
He knows He is going to see you through. Therefore, if Jesus is at rest, you can rest as well.
