Children are a gift from God; they are his reward. – Psalm 127:3
We are living in a time like no other which the Bible calls the Last Days.
More women are working, by necessity and by desire than ever before. Many feel guilty about leaving their children in day care or having them come home from school to an empty home while they are still at work.
But many women (and men too), still devote more attention to their careers, their working life than they do to their family life. Therefore, is it any wonder, then, that so many homes are shipwrecks?
What achievement in life is equal to a happy home and rearing successful children who with respect and praise for their parents, grow up as godly men and women? Every material goal, even if it is met, will fade and pass away. But the heritage of children is timeless!
Our primary responsibility is to be sure our children grow up in homes where God is honoured and the love of Christ reigns.
