This morning we have a special baby dedication. In addition, we are signing up new servants to fill the roster to our Greeting and Ushering positions. See Thomas Woodage, for further details, or simply fill in one of our Connection Cards. These are available at our Information Desk or from one of the Ushers. Bless you as you serve Christ here at CCSH. Calvary ladies – Tuesday morning Bible study is on – invite a friend to join you and enjoy the fellowship of God’s Word and other women of God together.

From the Pastor’s Desk – When I became a new believer, I desperately wanted to study and be taught God’s Word. It was a driving passion that God had placed within me. At CCSH, we recognize this as an essential way of growing in maturity in the things of God. This is why we have established times of studying together to be sure that the teaching you are getting is solid, consistent, in context, and rightly dividing the Word of God. We encourage you to attend the opportunities made available here, Sunday am and pm for the family, the ladies – every second Tuesday morning, Wednesday evenings with the bonus of prayer, and the youth, our Friday night youth group. The early Church was potent due to its hunger for the Word of God and the importance it placed on a constant diet of the Bible – Acts 2:42 “And they continued steadfastly in the apostle’s doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.” In addition, you can follow us on our web page via our live streaming service to ensure you “keep pace” with the growth of the body of Christ here as we mature together in our study of God’s Word. We are living in the Last Days, and Jesus said that there would be an increase of false teachers during this time. Therefore, it is imperative for you to be grounded in the truth and so you can discern any winds of false doctrine.

Helen’s Heart Children come and listen to me I will teach you to worship the Lord – Psalm 34:11 What feeling is so nice as a child’s hand in yours? It reflects trust strength and guidance. Parents (and grandparents) you have been given custody of teaching your children right from wrong, respect for others, coping with pressures and fears in a world less than whole. Such a charge to nurture hope for their future that God has made! They need your strength to lean on, and example to learn from. God has not left you alone in this responsibility. He who made your children will hear your petitions. He will sustain you and give you wisdom in this awesome task.

Grace Offering, we provide a grace offering container at the left rear of the chapel for your grace-giving or you can give electronically via the following information. CCSH Account number: 2490144 & BSB: 306089. Our greatest encouragement for giving is that it pleases the Lord. Let us remember that God was unsparing in His giving – Rom 8:32 – Grace giving means that God blesses the giver as well as the gift, and that the giver is a blessing to others. 2Co 9:So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

Daily Devotions Sign up to receive Pastor Keith’s daily devotion each day direct to your media platform. A great way to kick start your day with a slice of God’s Word and a word of encouragement to assist in your walk with God – go to ccsh.com.au and look for the link – BLOG.
We ask please that during each service that there be the least amount of moving, exception being mothers called to their children in the creche, so as not to be a distraction to others worshiping our Lord and listening intently to the teaching of His Word. Should you need to leave your seat, the ushers will direct you on your return to one of the seats at the rear of the sanctuary – thank you for your cooperation.
