This morning – Pastor Israel announced last week this step-in faith by CCSH – Welcome to CCSH’s Mission Field and Family in Fiji! We have committed with finances, prayer and prayer to any additional resources that we by God’s grace may be able to send to Pastor Charles, his wife Tina and ( 3year old Charles Jnr,) 5 yrs (Phillip) and 12 yrs (Elizabeth)in Calvary Chapel Nasinu in Fiji. Helen will shortly be arranging some letters to be written by our Sunday school children to the Church in Nasinu. Please keep Pastor Charles, his family and the Church now in your prayers that God may reach many in Fiji with the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Tuesday morning ladies – Women’s Bible study, prayer and fellowship. (Still looking for assistance for our smallest saints on those days). Next Friday our first Men’s Gathering occurs. See Pastor Nathanael for all the details for a blessed time of fellowship and food!
From the Pastor’s Desk – As I looked at the location and population of CC Nasinu, I began praying that in the near future we will be able to personally visit, Covid permitting, this new outreach in Fiji. I scanned through the city and there were many good locations to have an outreach and possible crusade in the Lord’s timing and plans. How wonderful to be able to see this house Church grow in God’s grace as people hear the teaching of God’s Word through the Bible. I ask that you pray please each day and especially Sundays for the services they currently hold in their house. Pray for new souls to be drawn to this work and for God to move powerfully by His Holy Spirit as we partner in reaching the lost with CC Nasinu. I also encourage you go online and gather information about this exciting new outreach location. Mar 16:15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mar 16:16 “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. Perhaps you can picture yourself in the future in Fiji, gathering with God’s family, and praising Him with our brothers and sisters in Fiji?
Helen’s Heart – Study to be quiet – 1 Thess 4:11 The world rushes around frantic and disturbed while the child of God quietly steps aside and watches God work. A quite spirit speaks of confidence and humility knowing our resource is totally the Lord. Andrew Murray says….It is to have a blessed home in the Lord, where I can go in and shut the door, and kneel to my Father in secret, at peace….when all around is trouble. Job in the midst of all his losses learned to say, He giveth quietness…We too can be as contented amid sunshine or storm as quiet. “A soul quiet enough hears God speak.”
Grace Offering – we provide a grace offering container at the left rear of the chapel for your grace-giving or you can give electronically via the following information. CCSH Account number: 2490144 & BSB: 306089. Our greatest encouragement for giving is that it pleases the Lord. Let us remember that God was unsparing in His giving Proverbs 3:9 Honor the LORD with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. 10 Then he will fill your barns with grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine..
Daily Devotions – Sign up to receive Pastor Keith’s daily devotion each day direct to your phone. A devotional thought from God’s Word to encourage and assist you in your walk with God – go to ccsh.com.au and look for the link – BLOG.
We ask please that during each service that there be the least amount of moving, exception being mothers called to their children in the creche, so as not to be a distraction to others worshiping our Lord and listening intently to the teaching of His Word. Should you need to leave your seat, the ushers will direct you on your return to one of the seats at the rear of the sanctuary – thank you for your cooperation.
