From the Pastor’s Desk
I want to encourage those who perhaps would like to travel to Israel but have as of yet not signed up, to prayerfully consider this amazing opportunity. After our first visit to the Holy Land I wished I had gone so much earlier as the impact of being there was amazing to say the least. Each time we travel to Israel we are overwhelmed with the land where Jesus walked as a man. My prayers for the people and nation of Israel are never without a tear being shed. As we walk in Jesus footsteps, visit and where He lived and worshipped and pause in the room where He was held prisoner the night of His arrest I am always deeply moved. As I read the Bible after visiting Israel, I sense the atmosphere, the sounds, the views, and the glory of Jesus teaching and sharing the gospel. It brings the Bible alive even more! When we visit Golgotha, the place of His crucifixion, I am always amazed and then stepping in to the garden tomb I am overjoyed by its emptiness. Join us this January and you will never be the same!
