Winter has set in and it’s the perfect time to fill your diary with all the opportunities to pray and study God’s Word here at CCSH. Use the cold winter months to be locked into warm fellowship, worship and the word here throughout the week. You can grow mighty in this time of disciplining yourself in the things of the Lord.
We continue to celebrate answers to prayer at out Wednesday evening prayer meeting – join us and experience God’s power. We started the Book of Ezekiel last Wed evening – you can catch the study on our webpage. If you are visiting with us today we want to welcome you and pray God’s blessing be with you. There are still opportunities for men to serve here at CCSH. See any of the pastors for further details. Ladies invite a friend to join with you this coming Tuesday’s women’s bible study. Pray and invite! Pastor and Elders are available to pray with you after the service.
From the Pastor’s Desk –
Forgiveness is not easy. In fact sometimes we often can’t forgive the person who hurt us deeply without God’s help. But is it impossible for God to overcome those hurts and heal the wounds? No, of course not. Remember what it cost Jesus to forgive you – and then ask Him to help you forgive others. What the person did was wrong, and you may still bear the emotional scars. But God does not want you to carry those hurts forever. Whom do you need to forgive before it’s too late?
