Daily devotion – Creator

Pastor Keith   -

Isaiah 43:1 But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name;
You are Mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you.
3 For I am the LORD your God,
The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;

These words from the prophet Isaiah we need to read and allow them to settle deep within our hearts. Because they tell us in detail who God is, that is His character.

The Lord is continually wanting to remind us that He is in control and that He is the Creator.

The very first verse of the Bible – Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth – is one of the most important verses in the Bible and one that people simply read over and often neglect what it is powerfully declaring.

God is the Creator of the world, and it is He who is your personal Savior! It is this very God who is control of the pandemic, He is in control of the war in Ukraine, and He is in control of your life. He can raise up a superpower for His purpose and He can equally bring it down.

Remember He is in charge of your future and our worlds. The Bible declares to us His plans and what He is going to bring to pass.

Let us stay in God’s will each day knowing He is Lord and we have nothing to fear!
