But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea. Acts 8:40

Caesarea is always our first stop day one on our tour through Israel. A beautiful beach location with so much biblical history.

Philip was a Deacon, who initially was asked to serve on tables. In Samaria, Philip met an Ethiopian eunuch, and led to him Christ and then baptised him. In Caesarea, Philip settled down and lived, raising a family of four daughters who became prophetesses – Acts 21:9

No matter where Philip was, he served the Lord in ministry. He was just as excited and diligent serving on tables as he was preaching to the multitudes or leading an Ethiopian to Christ.

This week, wherever the Lord leads your steps, no matter whether it be waiting on tables doing a very practicable ministry or using you to proclaim the Gospel, do it with all your might.

King Solomon was right: to everything there is a time and a purpose. This week trust the Lord’s leading, be faithful, be available, and He will lead you in paths you could never have imagined!
