Take a moment to look over these plans and join us in prayer as we seek God’s guidance for this next step. Ministry Opportunities – We have new ministry opportunities available, and you may be the servant God is calling to fill them! With the changes to our Sunday night services, we are in need of: Ushers, Greeters, Security personnel, and – Someone to assist with tidying up between morning and evening services There is a blessing in serving, and God will provide for those who step into these roles. If you feel led to help, please see any of the pastors or elders for further information. Back-to-School Prayer – As school resumes this week, we will be praying for all children—those beginning school for the first time and those returning—asking for God’s protection, wisdom, and guidance over them. Upcoming Israel Visits – We hope to have our guide, Yaniv, and his son visit with us in April, Lord willing, depending on the ongoing ceasefire situation in Israel. Israel Trip 2026 – We are planning a journey to the Holy Land in October 2026. This gives you ample time to pray and save for what will be an unforgettable experience walking where Jesus walked. Stay prayerful and expectant for all that God is doing!
“If they had a social gospel in the days of the prodigal son, somebody would have given him a bed and a sandwich and he never would have gone home.”- Vance Havner
Pastors Pen – Today, God grants each of us the privilege to live for His glory. He enables our hearts to beat in perfect rhythm, provides breath for our lungs, and most importantly, gives us a soul capable of love—love for Him, our Creator, and love for one another. Each day, we wake to a world He spoke into existence. But among all creation, there is a unique distinction: He made us in His image! Unlike anything else, man bears the likeness of God—possessing body, soul, and spirit—a reflection of His divine nature. He has given us the ability to make choices, to be free moral agents. With all that God has graciously given us, how should we respond? The Apostle Paul provides the answer: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
— Romans 12:1-2 Today, let us fulfil the purpose for which we were created. Let us love the Lord and serve Him with all our heart, mind, and strength. Rejoice in the reason for your being—in Him!
Helen’s Heart Phl 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Cost of living continues to rise- many a grocery item now has less packaging and higher pricing than even a year ago. We learn to ‘belt tighten’. But if we were simple enough to believe – {Psalm 116:6 says the Lord keeps the simple} – His promise that He will supply our need and pray for that need, then a worry might be eliminated from our lives. Don’t be too sophisticated and allow others to impose their doubts on us. When we allow these seeds of doubt we rob ourselves of the joy of taking God at His Word. Rather lets be simple in a child like faith and present the need and see what God does.
