Once our service has begun, and especially during the teaching of God’s Word, we kindly ask that everyone remain seated so as not to distract others who are listening. If you do need to step out, our Ushers will lovingly guide you to a seat at the rear of the sanctuary or in the foyer overflow when you return thank you

What’s on this week
Each week we provide safe, caring, and age-appropriate spaces of learning for every child attending CCSH with their family.
Infant Feeding Room: This room is reserved for nursing mothers and infants only too young for the crèche. As it is not soundproof, we ask for wisdom if your little one becomes unsettled.
Crèche: Provides the next stage of care for children not yet ready for Junior Church.
If your child will not settle in the crèche, we kindly ask that you sit with them in the foyer overflow, where the service is streamed so you can still participate together.
Junior Church: All other children should attend their Junior Church classes unless they are able to remain with you in the main sanctuary without causing disturbance. To assist our Junior Church teachers and helpers, any child who is misbehaving will be kindly dismissed from their class and returned to their parents.
Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide a loving and distraction-free environment for all.
Tonight at 6:00pm, Pastor Israel begins a new study in the Old Testament book of Nehemiah. “When the Bad News Breaks You!” Don’t miss this opportunity to journey through this powerful and life-changing portion of Scripture!
You can catch up with any Bible teaching that you have missed by logging on to our church webpage – ccsh.com.au or on our YouTube channel and the audio now available on Spotify.
Also stay connected with the heart beat of the church by having our daily devotions sent to your media platform everyday.
This Wednesday – Thanksgiving Service (7:00pm):
Join us for a special evening of worship and gratitude. A special message will precede a time where we will publicly give thanks to the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness in our lives.

From the Pastor’s Pen
Jesus said we ‘are the salt of the earth’ and we ‘are the light of the world’ – Matthew 5:13-14. He also said, we are to be a ‘city set on a hill,’ so that others can see the light. While the light might grow dim around us, those of us who follow Jesus are the salt and the light that this world so urgently needs. We this Christmas season, must shine, for Jesus Christ. The thirty odd days we have left, let each one of us get proactive-about telling others the true meaning of Christmas. Let us eagerly tell them about Jesus; birth and His coming, about who He was and is. Since everyone is thinking of Christmas at this season of the year, let us share the gospel with them. What a God given opportunity to make Him known!

Quote of the Week
“The only sin Jesus ever had was ours. The only righteousness we can ever have is His.” A.W. Tozer

Calvary Chapel Women’s End of Year Celebration
Ladies set your calendars, invite a friend to join with you at our special end of year fellowship gathering. Friday the 5th of December – 7- 9:00PM here at the chapel- Sign up sheet at the information desk. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness – 1 John 1:9 Often we cannot do all on our ‘to do list’. We can feel we have failed and have not lived up to our or others expectations. But we can turn to God in prayer and experience relief as He accepts us and forgives and restores us. He shall preserve thy soul – Psalm 121:7.

James 5: 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Would you like prayer today? Are you wanting to know how to become a follower of Jesus Christ? The pastors will be available to meet with you at the front of the sanctuary directly after each service.
