Daily devotion – Christmas 2025

Pastor Keith   -

Jhn 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Christmas is more than a festive tradition—it is God’s answer to our deepest needs. The world often feels lonely, confusing, and restless. We search for truth, belonging, and peace, yet find ourselves falling short of perfection and longing for connection.

From the very beginning, God knew we would struggle. Before Adam and Eve, before Bethlehem, God planned for Jesus Christ to enter our world, to walk among us, and to offer hope and salvation. Christmas is God’s provision for our failures and weaknesses, a gift given out of love.

We all need Christmas because we cannot make it alone. God created us for relationship—not just with each other, but with Himself. The Bible says, “It is not good that the man should be alone” (Genesis 2:18). In a world that demands perfection and often leaves us feeling isolated, Christmas reminds us that God’s love is for everyone, regardless of our flaws.

Jesus came to bring truth and peace. He does not promise to make us rich or perfect, but He offers meaning, purpose, and hope beyond this life. If you find yourself longing for answers or peace this Christmas, remember that God always makes the first move—He gave His Son so that you might know you are loved and never alone.

Let Christmas be about Christ, the gift of God’s love and salvation. Accept His gift, and let His peace fill your heart this season.

Join us Christmas Eve at 6:00pm for our special Christmas service.
